The rooms are great. Old battery warehouse that they transformed beautifully. Very quiet. Room wasn’t ready until almost 5:00. We had to wait in lobby with others also waiting.

it was the worst hard rock ever., smoking in the casino, while comping rooms to some of my friends they failed to get me a room i had reserved saying they were sold out. even called the manager. . food options were not much

The facility itself was nice and the room was clean. The toilet was malfunctioning and running all night long. The Wi-Fi wasn’t connecting as the password, I was informed the following morning, had been changed. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

My flight from California was canceled at the last minute and I couldn’t get to the hotel. I was still charged for the night

Very upset that they would not let us through in the am to get to parking garage elevator. Had go cross the street and walk up the ramp to get to vehicle. Very unsafe.
