A casino not designed for the business traveler. When i checked in and went to my room ithad not beeb serviced. I had to go back to the desk and get another room. I had been on the road for 12 hours and iwas tied and hungry.

Will pass it by next time. Hotel is rundown. The casino only had one little snack bar open. Nowhere to get a decent meal. Service was nonexistent.

Property is very DIRTY I was in town for a funeral. This property, needs a detail cleaning and update. I pigged my phone cord up, and looked behind the bed and it was filthy (I almost threw up). After that, I was disgusted the entire time I was there.

What I didn’t like their tv service is awful I was unable to watch anything worth wow on the television. There was only two channels that you could watch and they both had the same movies on them for the two days that I was there, this is awful. You could not go In the casino and play for a little while because the machines were so tight lost so fast and came back to room and there was nothing on the TV this was a flopped trip. Never Again No coffee pot, no microwave, no fridge, no room service and rubber sheets that make sleeping on top of the car preferable. No breakfast until after 10:00 and coffee shop in the lobby had no coffee because “someone took the coffee pot”.

Was wanting a nice evening getaway. Dinner at a nice place. Well steakhouse was closed only bar food. Smokey everywhere. Staff did not want to help. Waited over 15 minutes for some at front desk b

Good for holidays and weekends I’ve stayed here for ~5 months over the last 12 months. I know most of what future visitors. Natasha at the front desk is a rock star! COVID played a role in the level of cleanliness and cleaning. The Hotel Manager isn’t very nice to guests like me that stay here for a long time. This hotel is most suited to gamblers who come into town for the weekend or holiday. Louie’s restaurant is a first class establishment but is only open on weekends. For the price paid and the room didn't have a mini fridge and the tv was about a 20" model with no HD channels. The whole place smelled like flavored cigars.
