Staff was amazing! My two night stay can be described as follows: cold showers, dead roach on mattress under pillow, constant smell of burning cigarettes, cold showers, limited food choices, cold showers, burning cigarettes, and lastly, cold showers in December.

Very smoky smell on main floor and in restaurants. Room was ok, nothing special. Only food available at 9pm was a limited menu cafe, where you order and pay before getting food. Sandwich was flavorless. Wait staff were totally indignant, wanted $2.95 for an empty cup so that I could have water. When I asked for a to-go box, the girl just walked away without a word. Will NEVER stay here again.

Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Grosser Gratis Parkplatz vorhanden. Das Steakrestaurant war geschlossen.Das Fast Food Diner ist wohl das schlechteste wo ich je in meinem Leben gegessen habe. Angefangen beim unfreundlichen Personal bis zu pampigen Frites und vetrtrocknetem Fleisch. Knallen eine verschlossene Bierflasche auf den Tisch und haben nicht mal einen Flaschenöffner. Geholfen hat ein netter Gast. Zum Glück nur eine Nacht da.

Tub was pretty nasty with blackish stains, not very well Maintained rooms. Not much in way of tv channels. No mini fridge in room. Of course I understand as they want you to stay in casino to gamble, but I’m not a big gambler and was staying there as there is not a lot of good options in Greenville. Just overall disappointing. Outside the property was maintained fairly well
