Excellent Steak House. Louie's No buffet, Very little breakfast choices, No free coffee in hotel. No Fridge or Microwave.

Lobby casino area extremely strong cigarette smoke odor otherwise very nice and friendly just could not stand to be in casino

Staff was awesome and security was great! Smoke smell in the rooms, and the casino was filled with smoke. A very small No Smoking area to gamble. Food was awful. Place needs a remodel and clean up with better ventilation for all the smoke.

I don't like the fact that people traveling from out of town can't check in until after 4pm which is ridiculous in my opinion I've visited several states and was able to check in as early as 11am.

Lady at the check in desk was very friendly and explained about when and where all restaurents were etc.. Bed was comfy. Room was clean but minor repairs need to be done. The faucet handle leaked all over counter every time water was turned on. The air conditioner made a loud dripping noise all night long. I use a noise machine and the dripping still kept waking me up. I was going to complain but noticed before getting on elevator that the airconditionng unit by the elevator made the same sound plus the woman doing check out... read more

We thought the facilities were terrific but the staff was rather curt and rude
