This property claims to have restaurants. Their fine restaurant was closed on Thursday night. Their other restaurant was ridiculous. You order at the counter, pay at the counter, and then their kitchen staff spends 25 minutes laughing their tails off while we are waiting for food. When it arrived it was cold, and the people who brought it to us simply dropped the styrofoam plates on our table and almost threw the utensils at us. The tv didn’t work. When I tried to call the desk, the phone didn’t work. They wanted to argue with me about my reservation and told me I had it on the wrong day. I showed them my phone confirmation then they found it. After fixing their mistake, I was at the front desk for ten minutes. No apology, no thank you and they didn’t even tell me my room number. I truly felt discriminated against by their actions. Rude folks running that desk.

For the price you pay I was very disappointed. 1) the on site breakfast was served in a styrofoam to-go container. 2) no water was offered with the meal unless you paid for it. 3) Coffee was offered but you had to get it yourself from the casino floor. 4) no towel racks in the room. 5) Entry way music played way too loud all night and disturbed your sleep. 6) The Perks (Starbucks) staff called in and did not show up for work. Water was not drinkable but they did have 6 oz bottles of water at the bar. Staff was rude at the front desk and the restaurant they got in an argument with another customer that I felt was in the right and the you don’t stand a chance at the casino I went through 500 in an hour and never went up it was just a steady decline. Room was clean and nice but I wouldn’t go back even if the room was free.

Terrible room The room was not clean. There was dead bugs on the floor by the A/C unit and live ones crawling on the walls and flying around in the room. The carpet was dirty, and there was dust on the furniture and bathroom door. Also, there was old blood stains on the quilt on the bed. Even the floors in the elevator was filthy. I will not be staying there again.

There system was down we waited 2 hours a they never got us checked in a the staff was very rude even the manager at front desk had a horrible attitude!
