Make sure you want to stay here. When getting to Harlow's, we checked in to the hotel. 1st) They was still cleaning our room and we got there after check in time. 2nd) The jets in the tub really did not work. 3rd) The pool was close. The front desk said it was close because of covid. 4th) The only place you had to eat was the cafe on the casino floor. Horrible stay Terrible visits the room was dirty and in poor shape the entertainment center was broke and missing 5 door handles the floor was dirty broken glass in the corners of the toilet room no water pressure took 30 mins to fill a bathtub bed was hard and room looked like it came out of the 90s rude check out staff was trying to check out she was on the phone so we were patiently waiting she put phone to chest and said checking out grabbed my key and got back on the phone didn’t get a chance to tell her how horrible ou... read more

Terrible Customer Service The lighting was horrible. The lights did not work in the room. We called the front desk and their response was that the plug was behind the headboard and could not be reached. They didn’t even bother to check the bulbs. When they left, my hubby plugged them up with no problem, but it was still pretty dark including the bathrooms. Very poor lighting! Quiet but inconvenient Room was clean and quiet. But requested a refrigerator (as listed on site) and they didn’t have any. The suggested I use their ice machine to keep meat cold. Ice machine was broken on my floor. Also, only one tiny sandwich shop is open for food, and they were out of multiple items. No food delivery in the area, and no microwave in room.

Half the of the room had no power. A standup light in the corner didn’t work, the electrical outlets didn’t work I guess that’s why the alarm clock was on the desk and not the night stand. Doors on the furniture was falling off, the mini fridge was removed from the room, only one light was working in the bathroom. And the shower curtain had only half of the shower curtain rings. I will never stay there again

Room was huge. Lots of space. Drinks in casino free. Three of the four jets in my spa/bathtub did not work (room 408)
