Stayed on 3rd floor it looked nice. No snack or drink machines on floor. No ice. Used to have 2 small bottled water in room. No more. We were given a accessible room we did not ask for. When u took shower it flooded bathroom floor. Did not here anyone winning showing excitement at Casino. Was supposed to have $20 day food credit did NOT get. Felt like it probably was safest place to stay there in that city.

Worst casino hotel experience i have ever had. No in room movies available, limited restaurant options (steak house closed during the week), we were practically invisible to some staff, food credit details not explained (cannot use on day of check out), in room phone looked 30 years old and missing buttons, gate to pool would not work. Just a poor experience all around.

Upon arrival my confirmed rooms were not available.....WHY!! I had to wait several hours for the hotel to arrange 2 rooms and was given smoking rooms. What do you do after a 8 hour drive and you have no room. I was given a meal ticket and the restaurant closed 5 minutes after we walked in...…..very little food left to enjoy. When I got back to the front desk I was inline to be served but was pushed aside and 5 other customers were served while I waited. not good business. Pictures are very deceiving I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It smells like smoke, the carpets are filthy, the a/c unit in my room was completely cracked and was extremely noisy. Unfortunately there were no other rooms to move too, so I checked out a day early and drove 30 minutes to a new hotel in Cleveland. Don't waste your money.

Poor customer service You only get 1 chance for a first impression. Upon checking in the only desk clerk was interrupted 5 times by various phone calls and complained about “ being the ONLY person there answering calls , covering the gift shop and assisting guests...”. I showed her my reservation info...2 guests, king room, smoking. When we got to the room with our bags it was a double queen...NON-SMOKING! After 7 hours of driving we just wanted to rest and I thought “ and WHO is gonna move this luggage to another room?”. Af... read more

Hotel had no water Monday morning - so toilet didn’t work and i could not take a shower before leaving for my business meeting - and the front desk did not have the authority to even discount the room rate due to the inconvenience.

If that's the best, then I rather have the worst! My stay wasn't pleasant. I was in town for a graduation. I was told this was the best hotel in the area. I checked in then immediately went to the graduation (w/o reviewing my room). I returned around midnight to shower and go to bed. The water wasn't working. I tried to be moved to another rm only to find the entire hotel was booked & I couldn't be moved. I was told not only could they NOT move me to another room but the entire hotel was w/o water b/c the water pump was brok... read more
