Products you buy should be backed the company! Not buy another pair and send back the defective fog lights you paid for that are guaranteed to fit and backed with lifetime warranty. Complete lie but, buy a new pair and send back the defective pair that or send back your defective pair and we will send out replacements! But since you need lights park your vehicle until they arrive or drive it around and probably ruin wires connectors and then that’s on you for doing so! Just got my wifes X-mas gift from you guys. Just in time for X-mas tomorrow and enough time to install them so she won't know until there in. I was so excited to open this box myself i felt like a kid again...... I placed an order Dec 2nd. I received my items 16 DAYS later!!!!!!!!!? And the HID bulbs were the wrong type even after I specified the type of vehicle and headlights I have. I then had to call back and another order for the correct bulbs was made. I asked if there was anything they could do for my trouble and amount of time I waited for my items like a spare set of bulbs in case one goes out. Placed my order December 2nd. Everything said in stock at the time, however my order status still says awaiting shipment. I have sent two emails asking when my order would ship over the past week with no reply.
I just tried to write a 1 star review on their website of how they have now ruined Christmas since they still have not shipped my parts and it magically disappeared less than 30 seconds after I posted it. Quite shady
I was so excited to see that this company sold v4 led headlights. I ordered immediately, 7 weeks later no shipment, no tracking number and no response to my several requests. This company is a hoax.
Had head and fog lights professionally installed and never worked right! Impossible to get customer service to help weather email or call! I would expect a lot more for the $500 I spend!! 😡
ordered over $300 worth of stuff 2 weeks later still "awaiting shipment" even after a call to the service center and was told "we will ship your headlights out ASAP, and split your free dome bulbs till they come in 3-5 weeks out", 5 days later still "awaiting shipment" on BOTH orders, all this after it looks like they jacked up the price of stuff on black Friday by 60% just to get sales (that they cant fulfill) just to drop the price by 50% as I look back in the store and see what I ordered for $90 LESS than I paid on BF sal... read more
I placed an ordered on the 2nd of December during their Black Friday sale for LED lights for my Jeep Gladiator and my wifes Jeep Renegade, my card was charged on the 3rd for the $600 order. I emailed on the 5th for an update then called on the 6th to get an update (phone system called me back 4 hours later) and was told they were behind due to the holiday and Black Friday sale but my order was in stock and would ship that day, the 6th.
