Literally THE worst customer service ever. I’ve tried multiple times to email and call with no luck getting any answers. My item was backordered and no one wants to tell me when it will be in stock, and the website listing said nothing about this item being back ordered.
Been using HIDs for years now, decided to get LED low beam canbus set for my Ram. 8 months later one side wont light up. This costs $169.. bought a LED low beam and fog light kit from Amazon for our Camry, have had it on for 2 years, amazing brightness, no troubles, all for $60. Sent a message now to Headlight Revolution to see if they will replace it.
Lights are bright, had a fitment issue. Contacted customer service on here, I guess they don't want to deal with my problem, so i am being ignored. Money wasted.
Pretty looking lights, but pointless since they can't be installed due to the mistakes, oversights, and failures in manufacture. Bought a set to improve my crown vic, but haven't even seen them turned on. Mounting hardware wrong, require modification or swapping for original parts. Wire leads so short they can't be used on the car they are designed for. Actual plugs assembled wrong...locking clips upside down, so plugs simply fall apart. NOT VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE OR FOLLOW UP WHEN PARTS ARE WRONG
Poor/slow customer service, bad attitudes, and poor quality items all around. Would not do business with again and would tell others to do the same.
Trust me when I tell you that This is the worst company I have ever dealt with their products are horrible the customer service sucks no one ever picks up the phone no one ever returns an email I am done dealing with this company and I will never deal with them in my life again and I suggest that you do the same!!!
