A believe this product is overpriced junk waited over 2 weeks for the headlights one when out right away took truck back are part went back to working put it back together went out again

I have the supernova V.3. Very nice product on my 2017 Tacoma not extremely bright but nice. My issue is that there is a short in my wire harness on the aftermarket side of the headlights. I have called and called H.R. and have no luck, so then emailed them. I told them my problem and they replied field destroy (select brands only) and to contact them. My original email was me contacting them and they know my brand on lights. I not going to field destroy without them saying my lights are under warranty.

Hello Robert. Sorry for the mis-communication. If your supernova v.3 bulbs are less 2 years old they are covered by warranty. When we get the field destroy pictures you will get a pair of the V.4 bulbs shipped out. We are working to implement different return practices and it's a work in progress. they offer products they don't actually have in stock without letting the customer know up front. then, after you have placed an order, and it hasn't shipped after over a week, they say its backordered. fine. it happens, i'm reasonable. but almost 1.5 months later, only to be told it'll be another 2-3 weeks??? yea i'm over this.
Ordered lights on 11/19. Paid for 2 day shipping. It’s now 12/5 and I still don’t have what I paid for. I have lights in my garage but don’t have the harnesses to complete the install smh. Everything about this transaction is frustrating from not having what I paid for to not being able to consistently speak with someone regarding my order. On Monday, I had to call 5 or 6 times to get someone on the phone and that was after I sent an email on Friday to which no one responded. Very disappointed in the customer service or lack thereof, I called for help deciding what was the best HID headlight and fog light upgrade since there are dozens of choices. I left two voicemails during normal business hours and also commented on a FB post, all three attempts were totally disregarded. I ended up calling a competitor and in less time then it took to leave two voicemails at HR I was able to spend over $500.00 with a 10% discount and free shipping from a competitor in Atlanta Ga. My dad spent nearly $1,000 with Headlight Revolution. They sent him the wrong HID high beams 4 times. Both of the LED fog lights failed twice, one of LED low beams failed, and one of the LED switchbacks failed. All of this in only 16 months!!! They're friendly and knowledgeable but their product is junk.
