Absolutely awful customer service!! I bough a set of HID’s for my 2018 Ram and neither side work and cant get anyone to respond to phone calls,voicemails or email ! $300 worth of junk is all I have.

Their HID products are cheap. Their customer service is decent, but I've had several issues with my expensive HID kits and I'm done. Hard lesson to learn, and of course their refund policy only goes for 30 days. Don't buy HIDs from here

Hey JT, I'm sorry you're having issues like this with the HID's. It's not normal to see defective bulbs/ballasts like this. I see we've warrantied your ballasts twice already, would you please send us a message here and we can talk about different options so you don't have to start from scratch?
Ordered taillights from this company on pre order status. However morimoto has somehow got behind in production which is not their fault. However I've called several times 4 and each time I waited 15 minutes with no answer. All you get is where busy at this time of year. If I wanted to listen to a recording I would have ordered something from Chinese company.
