made a large order last week, sent a few messages with no response, get automated email saying they shipped today, proably wouldn't use again due to lack of communication

Placed a complete order for my F2 50 headlights turn signals tag lights brake lights reverse lights had the tag lights in stock offered 2 shipping not available from 3-4 weeks Website very far behind technology why let me place an order and pay for an order but I will be getting for weeks

Absolutely awful customer service!! I bough a set of HID’s for my 2018 Ram and neither side work and cant get anyone to respond to phone calls,voicemails or email ! $300 worth of junk is all I have.

Their HID products are cheap. Their customer service is decent, but I've had several issues with my expensive HID kits and I'm done. Hard lesson to learn, and of course their refund policy only goes for 30 days. Don't buy HIDs from here

Ordered taillights from this company on pre order status. However morimoto has somehow got behind in production which is not their fault. However I've called several times 4 and each time I waited 15 minutes with no answer. All you get is where busy at this time of year. If I wanted to listen to a recording I would have ordered something from Chinese company.

Bought high and low beam kits for my 2014 ram 1500 I get the kits I have the wrong PWMs for the low beam and the prongs for both high and low beams came bent or they popped out the back no big deal this stuff happens try to contact them for a return wait on hold for over an hour email them three times now to talk to someone and the only emails I have gotten was for pictures of the PWMs that are not the problem and this has been three weeks since I first reached out I have had nothing but good things about them told to me and... read more
