Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not waste your time and money. Every time we have done an escape room, they were falling apart. Today we decided to try the lazar tag which we did not even get to do due to the lack of communication and organization of place. Not one person in the whole entire place cares enough to help if there is an issue and if you have a question, you are misguided. We went to HeadPinz today and it was the worst experience we have ever had. A few days ago the app was down to book a lane to bowl, we called HeadPinz and they said to just come in at noon on Sunday to get a lane and that they weren’t taking reservations. We went in at noon today and they said the soonest we can get a lane it was 8 o’clock tonight. They had more staff than customers, yet my wife and I had to get our own drinks, as our “server” disappeared for an hour. They cut off our game with 4 frames left, with no warning. (Apparently there is a timer on screen?) With at least 10 employees working in the bowling area, but only 2 lanes in use (my family and a family next to us) no one would come up to us, help us, ask us if we wanted to continue our game, ask us if we wanted drinks, food or anything. I put no becuz as many ppl have said the service is pretty bad. Every once in a while you get a good server but that is far an in between. I have been there. Couple times usually with a group of ppl and only one time out of the many did we have a good server who took care of us in a great fashion and that was probably over a year ago. Ready to walk out. Never again will I be back. Customer service? Foreign term to these people.
We had fun, but there could be better management. All the men’s toilets were clogged. Gross. Women’s bathrooms had no paper towels at all, in either bathroom. The service at Nemo’s was terrible; they forgot our appetizers and the burger was cold. Plus, half the things pictured on their advertising are no long on the menu. Lastly, the drinks were very watered down and the floors were soooo dirty.
