My credit card was charged twice. When I realized the error. I returned to headline to resolve the issue. I spoke to the day manager and night manager. They both told me they could not help me. They could only provide me with a email. To which I never received a reply. I also left my contact info Expecting a call back. No luck. Bad management.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my family come in Thursday to bowl and play some games. The staff was absolutely horrible. We got set up for bowling. It was dead. None was there execpt us. Untill about 30 minutes after another family was bowling. After waiting about 15 minutes for a server I went up and asked if anyone would be waiting on us or if we should go up to the bar to order. She said she would send someone over. We knew what we wanted to drink and eat so we got our order in right away. Food come out shortly ... read more

Everything Place sucks for what is here half the stuff not working and found out laser tag and rope course closed at 6pm
Too expensive and no shop to buy bowling equipment
Games are over priced but Laser tag was a blast and we enjoyed bowling.
