Wouldn’t recommend this place solely because of the staff! They advertise throughout the entire building how they’re hiring on the spot because they need workers. Yet there was a group (at least six or more) of staff at the front desk including managers I assume seeing how they were in different uniforms ignoring all the customers. This location in general has a hard time with the following: Party host had 5 Parties at once to take care of. The food was late to the party. Party was not set up on time nor was there anyone to greet the party. I felt we were over sold on the product when we were told players could play unlimited for an hour and a half but timed out after 45 minutes when we could not get our party host to come and restart a new game. I would not recommend going to the Headpinz in Fort Myers. I am not sure what the issue was but for one we booked our lanes online for 8:30 and when we get there they told us they didn’t have any open lanes until 9. (Which was no big deal to us) The issue was ordering food and actually enjoying it. Since we had five minutes left of our game we cancelled the order. We had a birthday party last night it was a disaster the experience was not what I expected my daughter n I were doing most of the work. They really need a better staff they hire these kids they are totally lost. The general manager was not helpful. Would not recommend to reserve a party there at all. Never again

My credit card was charged twice. When I realized the error. I returned to headline to resolve the issue. I spoke to the day manager and night manager. They both told me they could not help me. They could only provide me with a email. To which I never received a reply. I also left my contact info Expecting a call back. No luck. Bad management.
