If your bowling a good game and your time is about to expire, your good game doesn’t get to be finished, the screen just shuts off and it’s over! Never going back.

Business response:

Mr DeStefanis...if you would come up to the service counter, we would gladly extend your time by a few minutes. We’re sorry to have disappointed you.

we are on vacation..and decided to go to headpins...there was issues with our bowling lane..where all the pins dont come up we were on lane 12...we went and told the the girl at the counter and she didnt care at all..she pretty much was like oh well all the lanes are taken ...we had to just suck it up..and when your paying money it should actually work 100%..and very poor customer services

It was the worst we had a lot of problems with the pins resetting and no one responding to us and we were using two lanes number nine and 10 I will never go back it’s too much money to spend for that kind of service and bowling experience

Horrible experience. Bartender was rude as hell. I’d never ever in my life go back there. Manager was even ruder. What a horrible establishment 😠

I didn’t get a chance to bowl, but as for the rest, overpriced, too small. The bar pricing is high and the service does not justify the cost. Waiting for a long time to get service and being served with dirty hands does not justify $10 drinks. Place is more for children with no video games at home. I’ll never come back.

Although it is a nice place I’ve received better customer service at other bowling alleys in the area. 1. I reserved 2 lanes early on in the week. The day if we did get two lanes but there facing in opposite directions. It was inconvenient to keep looking over and making sure my kids were ok. 2. Nemo’s restaurant has terrible customer service. I asked for a table for 12 only to be told there was nothing available although the restraint was half empty. Once a large group left we weren’t offered their space and the tables w... read more

Overall, the atmosphere is inviting and fun. Bowling is a bit expensive ($45 for one hour and shoe rentals for two people). However, one of the bartenders refused service to my husband based on trivial circumstances (i.e., the expiration date on his out-of-state drivers license was 3 days past his date of birth but is still valid until 2024.) After denying him service (even after we had already been served at the on-site restaurant, Nemo’s) the bartender proceeded to abandon her post behind her workstation to follow us back ... read more

Business response:

Mrs Hollingsworth we’re sorry you feel disrespected by our bartender, but she was simply doing her job. We take responsible service very seriously. We conduct quarterly meetings with the bar staff on the rules & regulations pertaining to their jobs. Our general manager Curtis said he spoke with you about this. As for the Florida law you reference, we are well aware of our right, as a private business, to refuse service to customers for a variety of reason. Its line 1 in the law. Again we wish your husband had a proper, valid... read more
