Fun and plenty to do but we paid extra for the VIP lanes and it was a complete joke. It was so crowded we couldn’t even get in our lane to bowl. Had a 3 hour reservation and only bowled an hour of it and left.
I love this place. Tonight was bad the cashier for the bowling was nasty told us we couldn’t get a lane tell after 9 and side by side lane after 10, but then the young lady next her said no there is one open. Soon as we get our lane the place emptied out and yet we almost had to wait for a lane. Then the server for our lane was rude, ignored us we could never find her; hell the group next to us went to smoke and she threw out they food and drinks after they said they would be right back. I called and asked a simple question. What brand of pool tables do you have? The first girl sounded like I was wasting her time so she transferred me. The next girl picked up and asked. What can I help you with. I repeated my question. She said I don’t know. I asked if she could go look at the name of the table for me. She said no I can’t with a tone of displeasure. Headpinz your staff has prevented me from ever stepping foot in your facility.

I’ve had a mix of experiences at this place. Just recently we actually considered having our company’s Christmas Party here. One thing for sure they have equipment failures all the time whether it’s bowling lanes malfunctioning, pool tables malfunctioning, televisions malfunctioning, credit card readers malfunctioning. Had the worst time finding someone to just order chicken wings and a Drink. Employees have no answers and take no ownership. It’s ridiculous. I don’t know why I keep going back. I wish 0 was an option, we will never be back to this place! Apparently it’s not a problem when little girls are running around dancing and screaming in front of your lane that you paid over $100 for. I’m all for having fun, but don’t let it ruin other people’s night out! It’s also apparently acceptable to this establishment to have 2 men fixing the lane next to yours, walking on the bumpers, and yelling back and forth while you are trying to bowl. No apologies were given and no one seemed to care.
I was outside with my friends and with my daughters and my kid and he was bad the food it was cold the pigs are that we order the service he was not to good I don’t like it
Do not do the escape room. That sucked. The clock didn’t countdown. The clues didn’t help and apparently weren’t supposed to. They went to Walmart and bought $50 worth of master kicks and a dry erase board and call it an escape room. What a waste of time and money. DO NOT DO IT.
