The poor servers aren't adequately trained(no fault of their own it seems), food for 4 took over 2 hours to get, had to go to the bar to get our own water and drinks. The assistant manager of the restaurant was very helpful and accommodated us by taking care of the meal. We then moved onto to bowling which we were told would be an hour wait and were called 2 hrs later. All would have been fine had my husband not tipped over with or 7 month old in his hands on a piece of the furniture that should have been bolted to the floor... read more

Really unexperienced staff, i wount recommended, not at least till they get there act together, i will give it a try next month i guess
Nothing went well tonight from the bowling experience to the restaurant to the ticket redemption area. Over 2 1/2 hour wait to bowl. The desk's response was that people ahead of us kept adding hours pushing our reservation back and back. There needs to be a hour limit when there is a waiting list so that people cannot register for one hour and then extend to 2-3 hours. My family & I went to celebrate my sister's bday today. We arrived at 8 pm & was advised that the wait for bowling was 1 hr to 1 1/2 hrs. So we figured we'd grab something to eat while waiting, finding a table was a obstacle. We finally found one and had to then hunt down a waiter to take our order. After waiting 2 hours for a bowling lane (which we had to go to the counter and check the status), we were double booked on a lane not once but twice (employees put another family on our lane).
