We got to headpinz on Saturday at 615 to bowl, the front desk told us would be a two hour wait so went to Nemo's to eat. The service was terrible say the least, it took an hour our food to come out and only half the table received their food rest of the food came out over the next 45 mins. The waitress never gave us silverware or napkins. At 8:30 pm we went to check why our lanes were not ready they proceed to tell us it would be hour, now 930. So we left. What a waist of time and money....we spent over 2 hours for over pric... read more

if you are offering hot fresh food for a lunch menu starting at 11:00 AM, probably a good idea to make sure what gets ordered is served HOT, not lukewarm at 11:30. Jut saying...

Business response:

You're 100% correct Mr Brown. Did you speak with a manager or ask your server to have your food prepared again?

Went to scout this place out last night for future events and a giant surprise birthday I'm planning for my husband. Was highly disappointed by this place. The arcade is about 15 games at about $1.-$1.50/play. Then we headed to the bowling, WAY over priced ($35/hr, was told it was "peak" price but, there was a whooping 3 lanes occupied) then you also pay for shoe rentals. The bartender was AWFUL, zero personality, worse margarita I've ever had, warm beer at $15/pitcher. Got a pizza, it was the flat, water down sauce, greasy ... read more

Pricing for the bowling is honestly insane. We enjoyed our time but felt incredibly rushed cause it's all by the hour. When your with children this isn't the right way to do things. There was zero help in setting up names, but that didn't stop the clock from running. Very disappointed in the service.

Business response:

Mr. Seitz we're disappointed to read your review. We do offer bowling by the game during the weekdays. But on the weekends, when demand is greatest, hourly bowling helps allow the most people to get on the lanes. There is no excuse though for our staff not helping you & your guests get the names into the system. We strive to give great customer service and we obviously missed the mark with you.

Service sucksssss....period. Dont think anyone knows what theyre doing. The bowling alley and gaming area is very cool and state of the art. However, the food service is sub par at best. They seem to be very understaffed. The pizza was cold and took forever to arrive. Drinks took forever. If the place is busy management should make a point of staffing the place appropriately. Its season folks! Dont make customers wait forever for food. Lastly, the poor guy that was bussing and cleaning tables was overwhelmed. There were tabl... read more

Unreasonably expensive. Yes, it's a cool atmosphere, with great lighting and music. But the bowling is $35/hr and by the hour only, and there is no "per game" pricing, and according to a cashier (may have been the manager), "never any specials except for when they opened." It's a major disappointment when your lane turns off mid game. You're paying for the party atmosphere, basically. Decent staff, and we didn't try the food or arcade (couldn't afford it after dropping $70 plus shoe rental on bowling), so I can't judge there... read more

Business response:

Mr. Wagner thank you for your honest comments. The rates charged for the lanes vary depending on the day/time you bowl. $35/HR is our peak time rate. Lanes can be as low as $22/hr. If you have 5 people on the lane, that's pretty reasonable(cheaper than going to a movie). Your cashier was wrong--we do run specials. HeadPinz is not a gimmick--we are very serious about providing a modern, safe and fun twist on bowling and entertainment.
