Prices are very different then the cape. Went on a Wednesday night with friends was $10+shoes for unlimited bowling from 9-12. Cape Coral is $10 with shoes for unlimited bowling from 9-12. There were no appetizer late hour specials like there was at the one in Cape Coral. Went to order food and a pitcher of beer and the lady said if we wanted food we would have to find a lane waitress. Fun place but expensive ! 50$ for 3 people to bowl for one hour. Also the woman who brought out the food was disturbing and it was cold ! Nice looking place but I guess that's what your paying for! I will stick to gator lanes.
This place has filthy bathrooms. I've seen roaches scattered throughout the facility. The management is drunk and wreaks of alcohol on weekend nights. They by far have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The food is outrageously priced !!! Who would pay $8 for 5 mozzarella cheese sticks? Not I!! The place is all hype and no show.
Terrible experience. The place is a joke! Service was terrible, bathrooms were filthy. Wait times are out outrageous and then you're only given one hour to bowl! Manager is like 12 yrs old and has no clue!! Definitely not going back.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. My angst is specifically with the bowling portion of the place. My family and I (8 of us),were told to be at the lanes around 6:30 in the evening to put our names on a waiting list to bowl in open bowling at 9:00. The girl said to get there early because the lanes fill up fast. Ok that’s cool, we go 3 hours before, sign up, eat dinner in Nemos, etc. waiting till 9:00, all THIS TIME WAITING WE HAVE THE PAGER DEVICE THEY GAVE US WHEN WE SIGNED UP. Service was absolutely terrible, need to get their act together. We arrived at 6:30 to be told we had to wait because they had "9:25pm reservations". Three hours later we got on the lane. Didn't give us the option to bowl anymore than 1 hour. Not to mention the prices are outrageous. Kept shutting off and technical difficulties arose during the whole game. Will never give headpinz the satisfaction of my service again.

Ms. Constantine...please accept our apologies for your experience at HeadPinz Ft Myers. Saturday night is the busiest night in our center..and we do sometimes go on a 3 hour wait. Truly it's not uncommon. And last night, we had 7 group functions going on between 5p-9p. But it sounds like our staff didn't communicate that well. Poor service, called on phone 3 times and was never told all lanes reserved for large groups only. Food was right out of frozen box

The facility is great but apparently booking a party is almost impossible. I've called for 2 days straight. Left messages with Elizabeth, Lauren (?name, a woman whose name started with a"L") and Donna twice and have still not heard back from the party planner. Not giving me much faith that a actual party at this place will run smoothly. Apparently not even a manager can check the day I would like to have the party. Totally ridiculous!!!
