Feel like you guys try to sell/fill up the vip lane first. Customer service told me all regular lanes are full and waiting list is 2 hrs. After I got my vip lane then I see as least 10 regular lanes not been play or use.
Looks like fun but didn't get to do anything considering they have over 2 hour wait for bowling 2 hour wait for food not worth wating that long expecially when you're hungry and have a bunch of kids with you
Giving you 5 stars, because screw all these whiny self entitled people. They JUST OPENED. Judging a place when it just opens is like going up to a new mother, and telling her that she's a shit mom because she just had a child. Come on people. Have some perspective.
Several of the video games did not work. Waited 15 minutes at the counter to pay for laser tag, but no one ever offered to help. Was able to bowl. Very pricey for one hour and the scoring did not work. A gutter ball was worth 4 pins and anytime you knocked down the 10 pin you got credit for 6 pins. Not impressed at all. It was not busy (maybe 20 kids there).

The food is terrible! How do you screw up cheese fries?? The prices are terrible for what you get. There are no drink specials. Clearly the reason this place is busy is because of it being "new" not because it's worth the drive or money.
Horrible customer service. I called there almost 3 weeks ago to plan my daughter's birthday party. First women to help was amazing. Then I was told the party coordinator would call me to plan details. Well I picked out the package I wanted, tried calling the lady (Christina?) No return call, have left messages for a call back nothing, all I wanted to do was put a deposit down therefore I have the date saved and can plan accordingly. Beautiful bowling alley....Horrible food over prized, very disappointed. Don't eat there you will regret it. We hope it gets better so I can take my family again.
Going there tonight was very disappointing. it took over an hour to get our food when we ordered just a chicken sandwich, and boneless wings with fries, when we finally got the food they forgot the fries, there was 2 long strands of hair in my food, and they didn't even take it off the bill until I talked to the manager who had no idea what happened about having it on the bill still. I wouldn't recommend going, and I don't plan on going there again.
