We walked into Nemos thinking they weren't that busy only to realize they LOOKED empty because about 5 tables were not cleaned off. Waiters running around like crazy & the manager CLEARLY wasn't doing his job. Food took FOREVER to come out then my daughters "rib eye" was extremely over cooked to the point she could barely cut it & was about 1/4 inch thick....she ordered med. rare. I am typically not one to complain but this place is a disgrace for league bowlers. We started here this year in a league and it has been one thing after another. First of all, they charge 30% more than other houses in the area. Their lanes always breakdown or give false foot faults or pin counts. Anytime you have a question or comment about anything, the staff blames everything on management and the manager is completely apathetic to everything. Bowling was a good experience, however, the food was extremely disappointing and the service/restaurant management even more disappointing!

waitress spilt beer all over my phone, bowling balls continuously got stuck, over priced. this place needs a lot more work in it to be so ridiculously priced. get it together.

I'm not sure where to even begin. The experience was terrible from the food to the cleanliness to the ropes and the bowling. The only positive here is the hard working, friendly, accommodating employees. The wait to bowl was an hour and a half, to be expected the place is new and everyone wants to go. We decided to eat while we waited and do the ropes. I had the wings. The wings at the other Nemos bowling allies are always fantastic. Not so here. They were rubbery and chewy. awful. We were a party of 6, bartender had bad attitude, we told her we were going to the outside patio and that we would be eating.... We were going to be eating we were already drinking.... After 20 minutes no one had come to see us.... No drinks no one to take the order yet there was 4 servers and a hostess sitting at the outside bar. One server made a phone call and smoked a cigarette we ended up asking for a manager who gave us half of all 3 buckets... But we couldn't even get lights outside. Overpriced, Horrible customer service!! Do not book a party here!! While the kids had a great time, they promise way more than they deliver!! There were NO goodie bags (brochure says included), I paid for a "balloon bouquet" that was NEVER delivered, the Bounce-Back cash (also Included) was NEVER explained to guests and NEVER loaded on the cards, my party host was EATING in my party room, Guests were calling my cell phone because the people at the desk "didn't know" where our party was, brochure states kids have a choice of... read more

If I could give them a ZERO I would..... Absolutely the worst management ever........ No one has a clue!!!!! Food service was horrible . Took forever for Bar food!!! No one had any idea who paged us that lane was ready when nothing was available for another 26 minutes.... Our waiter Jonny made it bearable.....or we would have just left!

Feel like you guys try to sell/fill up the vip lane first. Customer service told me all regular lanes are full and waiting list is 2 hrs. After I got my vip lane then I see as least 10 regular lanes not been play or use.
