Going there tonight was very disappointing. it took over an hour to get our food when we ordered just a chicken sandwich, and boneless wings with fries, when we finally got the food they forgot the fries, there was 2 long strands of hair in my food, and they didn't even take it off the bill until I talked to the manager who had no idea what happened about having it on the bill still. I wouldn't recommend going, and I don't plan on going there again.
The food was horrible and overpriced. The wait staff was horrible. Arcade not good and there was an hour and a half wait for bowling. After waiting over 2 hours and still not getting a lane we left! Never going back!

Awful service in restaurant ordered chicken wings and never got them after we asked a couple times and waited over an hour with still no wings. Waitress wasn't very attentive. Didn't get to bowl because it was a 5 hour wait. We will wait a few months and try it again after they get their stuff together!
Just walked out! We were told a 1 hour wait for bowling. After an hour and a half we checked to see how much longer we had. First off they had us down for 1 person and not 4. We were then told that we were still number 16 on the wait list which would be at least another hour. Not to mention the bartender was rude and inattentive. I understand it is a new establishment but at least get your wait times correct. A disappointing first impression!!!
We went for my husband's birthday and were told it would be an hour wait for bowling so we decided to get some beer and hang out. We had a table but a server took close to 45 minutes to show up. We saw our $20 pitcher of beer left on the counter getting warm until I walked to the service bar to get it because our server was MIA. After waiting over 2 hours for a pizza we decided to cash out to go elsewhere for dinner. We had to search for our server and she had no clue that we didn't get the pizza. Disappointing experience. It's crowded, long lines, not organized, the food is below average and service is slow. We waited 2+ hours for a lane and finally gave up. I was told this is a soft opening, so I am unsure what the experience will be like after the grand opening.
Lanes have no play at all,out of bud light bottles?
