My husband and I visited. The director, [name removed] and nurse [name removed] are wonderfully pleasant people. Made my husband feel right at home, calming any anxiety he had. They’re amazing how they deal with the residents with memory issues including my husband. They’re so patient and know exactly what to say and do. The facility is well kept, clean and secure.

[name removed] and the nurse were so welcoming and accommodating. I walked in with no appointment and they went above and beyond to let me look around and ask questions. The facility was clean, bright and inviting. If you are looking for memory care for a loved one it’s worth checking out.

This is a very nice facility, I wish we could afford to place my mom there. However, we have to rely on long-term care care, Medicaid, which does not pay for it.

I really don't have any direct contact with them because I live out of state. They do have her ready when my sister picks her up. She seems happy and has made friends there. My mom enjoys the activities and her friends.

It was location that dictated it. My father was her care giver and when he had a stroke we needed a place closest to my sister. The staff is definitely keeping my mother engaged and safe. That's so important to us! Facebook page is amazing too! I live in NJ and I love to see my mom so engaged!

My overall view is limited because I'm not here, but she does tell me that she is bored that the staff is not engaging and she feels like she is in a prison. I realize she wants to be home, but that is not possible so a lot of this may be because she just wants to be home. The facility is very clean. Her separate room is not so clean. A few of the staff members are friendly however, as far as I can see none of them really engage with her they say hello and then sit on the side. I'm considering moving my mother from Georgia to be closer to family and decided to tour a few places. I was pleasantly surprised by Pacifica and the staff, small cottages with a very home-like feel and an energetic activity leader who was loading residents in the bus to go to Walmart. I felt very welcomed during the tour and feel comfortable sharing Pacifica with my siblings so we can make the best decision for our declining mother.
