18 years later, still happy I had several very bad experiences with Woodforest bank, the first credit card bank I dealt with. I had just started my business and there were a lot of issues I had no experience with. I switched from Woodforest to Heartland years ago, I never changed to another bank although I have been contacted many times. Heartland Payroll's online entry and report generation make it user-friendly. A breeze to use is Heartland Payroll. Online, whenever I'm ready, I can send in the payroll. Even if I was busy when the call came through, I don't have to wait for it to end or to get a callback. Every time a customer calls or stops by, we answer the phone because we run a tight ship here.
