Wait time was over an hour past my appointment

The girl that checked me in at the front desk did not smile or look directly at me the entire time I was at the desk, if she had a name tag on it was not visible so do not even know her name as she did not tell me it, I gave all the information that my name had changed since I was seen last and my name did not get changed in my chart. Once taken back that staff member also did not give me her name, no one asked how tall I was but it was put in my chart that I stated I was 5’4” also my name and DOB had still not been put on ... read more

Poor communication. Rescheduled my appointments due to their over booking multiple times in a row. Required literally 10 phone calls to remind them to renew my prescription with the pharmacy. Made billing errors that they then wouldn't call me back about. The billing errors have been ongoing for 5 months and they still have no resolved the problem.

Very disappointed for how the staff handled my situation. The nurse was very rude and uppity.

My experience has not been good at all been bleeding for 4 months an they can't figure it out or just try to meditate you to stop the bleeding or just throw surgery on you. They don't refer you to specialist etc

No one explicitly told me to try to be able to pee for a pregnancy test at the office before my appointment so I peed once we got there and it messed up the timing of everything. Then the employees were not communicating with each other and called me back several times when they weren’t actually ready/able to take me and it was very frustrating because it was clear no one knew what was going on. Honestly wish I didn't even have to deal with heartland, but unfortunately I do. Appointments are rushed, the bedside ultrasounds (if you want to even call it that) they do aren't long enough for them to even make sure baby is okay.. Just feel like I'm a number instead of someone who is coming in for care for their unborn child... Sad experience all around.

After being checked in by nurse waited 45 minutes to be seen by doctor after no one came I left.
