In review of the customer service provided by the office staff, Eve has helped me multiple times with billing and questions. Each time she has treated me with the upmost respect and provided exceptional customer service and options of tech services. The combination of her customer relations and the fact that I am satisfied with the pest control service is why I am giving them five stars.

I've used Hearts Pest Management for many years now. Last time they came I couldn't find my gate key. The gentleman had to come through my house and then jump over a fence to do my service. When i apolized he kept saying, "please don't apologize.. It ok". I've recommended Hearts to my neighbors and will continue to. All of the people that work with Hearts, from the owner to the workman and the lovely sounding receptionist (and caring) have always treated me and my family with care and with excellent service.

This is a review for a call to their customer service. The lady on the phone could not have been nicer or more professional. When I told her about my wasp issue she asked a few questions to better grasp the problem and then suggested I might just wash the small nest/hive away with soap and water from a distance. She said they mostly deal with larger nests and she wouldn't want to charge us for a full nest removal if we could take care of it on our own. We've had Hearts Pest Management In Rancho Bernardo for 3 years and have been very happy with the company's responsiveness and knowledge. They're great about explaining all of the issues and potential solution. Their pricing is right (mid-range) and we like the open way they talk about exactly what it's going to cost. We are on an every other month maintenance program with the organic/green pest treatment for ants. The treatment is very effective and haven't have to deal with the ants in the dog food scenario since. I highly recommend Hearts and their knowledgeble staff and really appreciate that they offer an alternative to chemicals.

We had a great experience with Hearts Pest Management. Called them because I thought we had an infectation of bed bugs. The teck was Shaun, he was very professional and did a complete inspection. As it turned out we did not have any bugs of any kind and that is what he wrote on the estimate form. Other companies whould have "found" something just to make money but this company appears to be very honest. If we ever need any of the services they offer we for sure will call them. This company was really great to us. They came out and gave me a free inspection. The owner then personally helped me when we were dealing with pest contamination from another company. The owner really cared. He called me to make sure I was ok - and gave me suggestions. They went above and beyond, referring me to helpful people, and not charging me for any of this. The employee I spoke with was a very happy employee. This company is fantastic and I will continue to recommend them... Inland Empire

Scott came to our home in Scripps Ranch today to investigate a problem left over from Antac. Scott was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He solved the problem quickly and for a reasonable price. Long story short: Our advice is to avoid Antac and call Hearts.

When I moved into a new house in Fallbrook it didn't take long to realize we had a HUGE black widow and ant infestation. Finding a very large black widow in my master bathroom was the final straw, and I decided to call around. The very nice lady on the phone was helpful and didn't rush me like the other businesses. She listened and told me someone could be out the next day for a free inspection.
