We've been a customer for over 5 years and I have had a great experience. They come monthly to help with our very serious ant problem in Poway. Prior to working with Hearts, we worked with 2 other companies with poor customer service. The other 2 companies had a hard time getting the ants under control and when we called to get re-serviced, it sometimes took a few days for them to come back out, which was an awful wait! I just noticed my review has been filtered. I looked through the Yelp FAQ and they said something about robots and how I need to write more reviews for them to trust me, that they can't change the status of a filtered review, etc. nevermind that I have receipts proving that I have used Heart's Pest Management for years... thought it was very strange when I noticed it had 3 reviews, two of them horrible, for a company who has always been great. We have had Heart's Pest Management service for 3 years and have been pleased with our service in Oceanside. Our technician was Ryan, and he was easy to work with, very organized, and knowledgable about every pest you can imagine. He also gave good suggestions about things we could do around the yard and house to keep pest problems to a minimum, and if I had questions, he would always provide a thoughtful answer. I have been a customer of Hearts Pest Management for over five years now and I am 100% satisfied with their service. I have a large lot, and Hearts has done everything right, keeping everything under control at a fair price. We have used them for insect treatments, and bee removal. They insist on using the safest treatments available and a special non-toxic one inside my garage. Hearts Pest Management is a great company to work with. I have used their services for several years now and am very pleased with the service I receive. Everytime I call, the people in the office are very helpful and friendly. Our technician, Greg, is very nice and respectful. I have in the past and will continue in the future to recommend Hearts Pest Management to my family and friends.
