I have been very happy with Hearts Pest Management. I have been with them over a year, after changing from another company who just wasn't meeting our needs and getting more and more expensive. Hearts has been great. We love our tech, John, who is so gracious and thorough. Since Hearts took over at our care setting we haven't had a SINGLE bug in the building. NONE. I'm writing a review for the work they did not do! I was pretty sure we had bed-bugs but after the inspection, it turned out to be carpet beetles. They could have easily convinced me to spend a lot of money on an extensive treatment for bed-bugs, but they are a very honest operation with high integrity. Bottom line, trust them to tell you the truth.

I've been a customer of Hearts Pest Management for over 15 years and I have never been disappointed with their customer service. My current technician Jay has done all he can and more to provide me with amazing service. I wish I could give them more stars. I will continue to utilize their service for as long as needed. I highly recommend Hearts Pest Management to not only control your pest, they really care about their customers.

We love Heart's Pest Management. We switched to them because they are the only ones in San Diego who use truly organic pest control that actually works! If now and then we want to use a stronger chemical in the garage, for example, even their stronger ones are safer than most companies. We have always had professional, friendly, and very helpful technicians, who give tips and hints to help us keep the place bug and rodent-free. We've been using Hearts Pest Management for over 5 years. We love their green thumb/organic service and the fact that they will return free of charge if we encounter a problem (such as ants) before our next scheduled bi-monthly service. Dave is the best! He's who usually services our account and he always arrives with a smile and we have a nice conversation about any problems we've had since his last visit. We have had the Hearts regular monthly service for more than 3 years and we couldn't ask for better, more reliable service. We are an environmentally friendly household and try to share our home and garden with as many creatures as we can. However, rats and ants are often more than we wish to deal with, and Hearts has a means to humanely eliminate them (okay, yeah, we still kill them) using organic substances and inflicting as little harm to the larger environment as possible. I've been using Hearts Pest Management for a little over a year on their bi-monthly green program. I had been dealing with a serious ant problem and needed help. They have been great to work with - I get a voicemail reminder before every visit, and they let me know if the schedule ever needs to change due to bad weather. They keep my house ant-free, and one month when I did find ants in my house between treatments, they came out for free and re-treated. I would definitely recommend Hearts Pest Management.
