I have used their service for some time but called them due to problems with spiders, ants and most of all crows which were destroying our yard. The office personnel were pleasant and very helpful and sent out Jay Strassner rather quickly. I had met Jay before but today he took all the time needed to explain the problems we had and even made recommendations on other issues which he saw that we could keep an eye on ourselves. Since the first time our home was serviced by Heart's Pest Management, it's been free of ants, earwigs, and spiders. The one time the ants returned, Heart's came out the next day and took care of the problem. Their technicians are knowledgeable, polite, and prompt. Donna, who answers the phones and seems to know everything about the company and about bugs in general, is friendly, always answers my emails and phone messages promptly, and makes sure the technicians are scheduled when I'm home. We live in Julian and had a serious ant problem until we began using Hearts Pest Management a couple of years ago. The service got even better when John started servicing our area. John has really gone the extra mile to make sure we receive the best customer service and this year we haven't seen a single ant inside our house. Hearts Pest management is great and with John taking care of our pest control needs we couldn't be happier!

We were battling ants on a daily basis. Sometimes we would kill a few here and there, but sometimes there would be a trail that would never end. The Argentenian ants we were battling were small and feasted on protien and fat whenever they could. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable over the phone and was the largest deciding factor in choosing this company. I had the rat bait service for 4 years and just recently stopped the service. I'd give the technicians 5 stars and the overall service 3. Pro: The guys and gals who come out to change the bait boxes for my rat service were very professional and accomodating. The baits were changed out no problem every month. Con: The management of the company seems petty and also seems to have propensity to nickel and dime the customer. We just finished receiving a service for ants and spiders. Jay was very helpful and honest. He answered all of my many questions, and was considerate of keeping my children and dog safe from the chemicals. I don't know how well the service works yet, but I'm hoping it's as effective as it was easy.

We've used Hearts for over 6 years and they have always been consistent with their service. If I have minor issues before our regularly scheduled monthly service, they have no problems coming out and taking care of the situation. Our family recommends Hearts Pest Management.

I've been using Hearts for a couple years now. They helped me out during a serious ant invasion and I have them come once/quarter to treat preventatively. I like that their products are non-toxic and that they have lots of options. The technicians arrive promptly and provide an estimate before doing any work. The phone operator (Patty?) is very helpful and compassionate towards bugaphobes like myself. They are my goto when I have a pest problem.

We are a new client of Hearts Pest Management and they seem to be doing a very good job. This is our third company in dealing with a rat problem at a center I manage, and I really appreciate their attention to detail and personal contact. The other day I was notified by a frustrated tenant that he could smell a dead rat in his shop.
