Each Heart technician we've had has always been polite, genuinely interested in us personally, and our home and yard regarding any pest issues. Not long after moving in, I had a bad problem with rodents in the attic because of the vine on a trellis in my front entry. Hearts explained that my landscaper had basically built a "rat freeway."
