Luis and Andy did a very thorough and honest job of explaining to me that everything I was doing to control the occasional rat in the attic over the garage was adequate and paralleled what they would do. They could not find the point of entry (making them the 5th or 6th pest control of attic construction team that couldn't), but offered a few suggestions how to deter even the occasional breach of the perimeter of the attic. Happy to recommend Heart to anyone in need of pest control services.

Several months ago I used Hearts PM at my rental house on Pt. Loma for a problem with spiders. The tenants were "bugged". After finding out about organic pest spraying, calling around and then seeing their good reviews here, I chose this company and the problem was solved.

I never thought for the life of me that I would take the time to write a review about pest control. But I was so pleased by the service provided by Luis. We have been a customer of Hearts Pest Management since 2010. From the very first phone call to Hearts, the friendly administrative staff, owner and technicians have been courteous, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Dave has been coming out to our home for years to perform basic as well as landscape pest control. His knowledge about pest control is impressive. Well.... it's been over a month and the ants have not returned. I comfy in my home again without seeing ants wherever I turn. I'm thrilled with my results of a one-time treatment. Great Customer Service and fair prices. They are very easy to do business with and friendly. The treatment I set up is monthly and will take care of the creepy crawlers I've been spotting around our house. John is helpful and answered all the questions we had about different bugs and spiders. Glad I ran into him here in Julian where we live and they service other homes nearby.

We've recently changed Pest control companies to Hearts and are very pleased. The service technician, Christian, is extremely customer service oriented, does a very thorough job and we wanted to say so. We've already noticed a significant helpful difference with pest control and appreciate the lighter products to, as we have animals.
