Waste of time. Jocab can't make any decisions and Randy is impersonal to his customers. Simple decisions take hours to make. Tried to test drive one of there pathfinders and the battery was dead. Also, looked under the hood of some of the cars and there fluids were low. Shows they don't care much about the used cars. Sorry, Herby, to many other dealers out there to give you my business with these guys on your payroll.
On the last Saturday in September, Larry didn't give me the cost of the car, but said he could meet my budget of less than $300/mo. I previously posted a review of this dealership and the service I received from Joe Wheeler and Kevin Yi was exceptional. Apparently there was a discrepancy of approximately $115 left over that I was responsible for from a calculation error. Due to issues with work, etc., I was unavailable for a couple of weeks and returned to check my voicemail with a threatening message from Larry Signora, the Sales Manager regarding the balance of $115. Bought a new 2005 Armada in 2008 and I have been having several problems with repairs with heater. The second time I returned the truck, I told them it had to do with the heater blend door, but would they listen, no. This truck went back for a total of 8 times for the same issue only to return with other damage like the radio not working or a light out (seems like the mechanics break other items while attempting to repair other things and don't own up to it).
