My experience with Muna, KJ, and Chow was wonderful. I was nervous at first but they really talked to me and explained my options. There wasn't any pressure, in fact, I was the only one "press." I knew I wanted the 2008 Altima Coupe before I walked in, so I didn't test drive until after I established the payment terms. It was a pleasure it was to deal with Muna and Stephanie on my recent purchase of a Nissan Altima. Muna was thoroughly professional and highly responsive in each of our interactions. Both Muna and Stephanie made buying the car a painless process, which is saying a lot, since it's usually just the opposite. They both did an excellent job. I had been shopping for a new car and had been to 3 other dealers before visiting Herb Gordon. Boy, what a lucky day! I explained what I wanted and we worked out a price quickly, none of the back and forth haggling. They also gave me a very good price for my trade-in, much better than the other dealers. The financing was a breeze and I really did end up with the payment I wanted. What a pleasant experience.
Dealing with Muna at Herb Gordon was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. He made sure I found the car I wanted and had everything taken car of when I arrived at the dealership to finalize the purchase. Stephanie and Larry (General Sales Manager) was also fantastic. There was no hagling, no pressure, and the service was perfect. I just wish they were closer to where I live or work so I could use them for service as well!
Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. Financing was easy and they really care about the customer.
The service was great. The sale representive responded quickly to my request of interest in a car. Was able to get my application submitted and paperwork ready. Arrived at the dealership and quick greeted, test drive the car and papers sign. Service was great, got a great deal and fiancing went smooth. I was in and out in less than three hours. Great Job!
