We first looked at a Quest at another dealer, got a great price, but the service was terrible. We called Charlie Miller and he went out of his way to help us. Great experience overall. Alan Albert was friendly, courteous, good communication, knowledgable, low pressure. My wife has enjoyed success in sales field for many years and commented that Alan was clearly a quality salesperson. Larry Signora was easy going, professional manager. We worked out a price I was pleased with and they had the car ready when they said, exactly as promised. Generally a peaceful and pleasant purchase experience. I have used this dealership in the past and it still continues to meet my expectations, and then some. I purchased a 2008 Altima, 4 cylinder with convenience package for my wife.
