This is my second experience buying at Herb Gordon and both experiences have been fabulous. Everyone was so professional and accomodating. We had a lot of questions and concerns, all of which were addressed calmly. I have been to other dealers and they made me feel pressured and uncomfortable and forced to purchase. Not so here, the incredible kindness and customer service will make me come back when I am in the market for another car. I honestly don't think I would buy a car from anywhere else.
It was just refreshing to find a dealership that did not push their agenda and listened to what I said. My sales person, Justin Kim, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease over the phone. Never went through an internet department at any auto dealer and was pleasantly surprised. I was contacted quickly after requesting a quote, explained the options I was interested in and received a lower than expected dollar figure. I began the search for a new car on-line. I had a low quote from a dealer and Muna worked with me to try to match this quote. He also had the color and model that was on our list.
