"Car service " The customer service was excellent and the wait was not long. Grant was patient an answers all questions in detail. In addition, he provided a detail explanation of all recommendations made from my service appointment.
"Very good " My service writer, Lin, is very courteous, very informative and forthcoming. She keeps me abreast of what to expect relative to my repair and I also feel very confident that I’m treated very fairly. I own a 2015 Armada Platinum that wears very expensive tires. I needed new tires, did my research with BJs and Costco, with whom I have membership and found they were both cheaper but chose to purchase them here because of Lin.
"courteous and honest advisors." I have been getting my car serviced at Herb Gordon ever since I bought it. The service team is fantastic- they are polite, respectful, and are up front about which recommendations are priorities.
"Excellent Experience" I was so pleased with my recent visit to the Nissan dealership. I was in/out in a timely fashion. My Sales Representative was Chase. Chase was very pleasant and professional and detailed oriented. He went over all the details in depth and explained them to me with out being rushed or hurried. I was completely satisfied with my visit.
"Pre-Owned /Used Vehicle" This was my first visit to the dealership meeting some of the staff personnel they were very polite and friendly and my Sales Representative Sergio Rivera he was very professional made me feel every comfortable within my purchase of the Nissan Altima, he answered all my needed questions and with excellent courtesy, if you are in need for a sales person I would request you to see him.
