"Repair faulty vehicle air conditioner." Had to bring the vehicle back twice to get what had been diagnosed originally by an independent auto repair shop to replace the compressor and condenser for the 2013 Nissan Altima. Dealership stated that they could only find a faulty condenser and replaced it. Within minutes upon leaving the dealership, the AC was not operating up to factory specs. "Great Sales Experience" Me and my wife had a great sales experience at Herb Gordon Nissan of Silver Spring, MD with Sergio Rivera. We purchased the new 2018 Nissan crossover SVU Kicks. The sales person was very help throughout the whole purchasing process involving more than one visit to the dealership looking at two different Kicks with no sales pressure.
