Our salesman Joe Wheeler was outstanding. We had done an internet search to locate the Versa Hatchback we wanted, and he handled the sale perfectly: friendly, professional, patient, informative, helpful and low key. He handled it exactly as we had hoped for an internet sale, as did his general manager Larry Signora. Great experience. Would highly recommend this dealership, and working with Joe Wheeler!

Because of previous experiences with different dealers, I was a skeptical client. However, when working with Muna Chongo, Internet Sales Manager, and the team, I found that my interactions with Herb Gordon Nissan was very straight-forward and honest. I also feel like I received great service and a good price without the hassle, haggling, or games typically associated with buying a new car.

We have purchased cars from Herb Gordon Nissan in the past and have always been very satisfied with the purchasing experience. The showroom is clean and organized and the staff is friendly and professional (especially Carm Vitale who helped us with this purchase). I have never felt pressured to buy a vehicle and was able to go home and think things over without getting a ton of calls. I bought a used Honda Odyssey from this dealer and was pretty much happy about the sale and the price. But after I drove the van home and had to get to my Honda service shop, they mentioned the power steering flush, brake flush needs to be done as they are downright dirty and may be the previous owner never really did these. I was surprised that the Herb Gordon Nissan did not find this as part of the inspection. We went online for a quote and were contacted by several dealerships. Herb Gordon Nissan was the 1st to respond and they were wonderful to work with and easy going. This was not a hard sell more like putting us in the right car for our needs. They listened and walked us through the options. We would definitely buy our next car through them.

I visited many car dealerships over a two week period in search of a new car. The team at Herb Gordan differentiated themselves as being professional and upfront in their dealings. They were very fair with my trade in value and the rebates/financing for the new vehicle were very competitive. The team allowed me to drive home the manual and automatic models I was considering for purchase which really helped me to make the right decision.

I started buying Nissan vehicles in 1982 and that's the only vehicle brand I've driven since. I've dealt with many people over the years at Herb Gordon, many who are not there anymore and have received nothing other then great service in all capacities. My husband and I bought two Nissans previously from Herb Gordon and knew that when the time came to replace my car we would return. I loved my Maxima and kept it for 15 years.
