As always since 1982 I have dealt with and continue dealing with Herb Gordon Nissan regarding both new car purchases and service and as always I continue to receive professional top notch service. On March 12 I took my 2011 Rogue in for 3,000 mile service and asked that the wheel alignment be checked. I set up an appointment for the 1st service of my 2013 Nissan Altima. Although I purchased the vehicle out of stae and with another dealership, Herb Gordon Nissan personnel could not have been more helpful or friendly. I was at their dealership on time, served within 2 minutes, and the wait until the service was done was very good - hot coffee, donuts, TV (which could have been a little lower as I was reading, but that is nothing). Just purchased a car from this dealership after having abysmal experiences with several other local dealerships (imagine the most high-pressure, cheesey sales people around and that's what we had to deal with prior to coming to Herb Gordon Nissan). Our experience with this dealership was totally different. The sales staff were professional, friendly and informative. They took time to explain everything about the purchase and contract. Would recommend highly.

I love Herb Gordon NIssan! They take the time to do everything at such a high level. I'm floored by the consistency in their customer service over the phone and in person. They vacuumed and washed my car after service and I had no idea they would be doing that. I highly recommend buying and servicing HERE!

To the Herb Gordon Nissan Family I have been going to herb Gordon for the last seven years an in the last seven years I have worked with many employees. My most recent time was the best time and the most education I have received about my car. As a woman we know how people get over on us when it comes to fixing our cars, but Jose Cruz took his time to explain everything. Noah Black was one of Nissan's best car salesmen I have dealt with since Kevin Scott; who sold me my first Nissan Altima. He is honest and hard working. I will continue to go to Nissan to buy my vehicles.

I had been to visit other dealerships prior to my visit to Herb Gordan Nissan and I can say they have given me the best customer service experience ever!!! I am overly impressed with the caliber of sales representatives they have. Russell was pleasant, knowledgeable, patient, and executed the sales of my vehicle perfectly! Any doubts I had working with a car sales person has been erased. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect person to work with. I will be a repeat customer with Herb Gordan Nissan!

I have had a great experience with my first time buying from a dealer. Herb Gordon has some great employees. Kathy DeMers was kind, friendly, and very professional. Renwick Harvey and Justin Kim were also very friendly and very professional. They worked very hard and I was able to drive away in my Nissan, with no hassle. I brought in all the information they needed and they took it from there, no worries and no hassle. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a car.
