Today we visited hero in victory park, Tomi was our server she was extremely attentive and so sweet. It was our friends birthday and she went out of her way to make it amazing. We will defiantly be returning and asking for Tomi!
I usually do not leave reviews but my experience here before the stars game was awful. Avoid getting served by haiden or hayden at all cost. Was really rude when i asked her a drink question and was on her phone/talking to other people while i wanted another drink and my mom needed a refill. Awful service that ruined my mood nefore the stars game.
I was in your AAC location this evening before the Mavericks game but during the broadcast of the Cowboys game to meet some friends for drinks and snacks. While the food and service were pretty good, the volume of the televised game coverage was not only obscenely loud but very distorted. Stop by here before game. After dinner at Black Tap burgers, we stopped here for a drink and was disappointed. Everything was delivered in plastic cups, including my martini. Looking around at the food, it seemed to all be deep-fried. Dining room was large and loud, including many kids. Not sure I would come back to this one.
I visited this place 5 yrs ago with the anticipation that my 1st experience would not repeat itself. We chose this place for my cousins Birthday. First! The waitress was very nonchalant and cold like the food. The food was brought to the table COLD not even luke warm. We were over charged for our food and the response from the waitress "I will give you the difference" Note! She never did. I will never patronize or recommend this establishment again
Whatever you do, do not eat here. Myself and 3 others have gotten food poisoning at separate times over the last year and a half from their food. Their food is subpar anyways so it's not even worth the risk.

Hero by HG is a sports bar that benefits from nailing the first rule of real estate: location, location, location. Located right outside the American Airlines Center at PNC Plaza across from the statue of Dirk, Hero is a great place to go before and during a Dallas Mavericks or Stars Game. Everything was fine up until the Ohio State-Texas game ended and then the staff decided to close 90 min early and kick everyone out. Literally had food that wasnt even close to finished taken away. Couldn't finish our drinks. Just kicked out for no reason whatsoever other than they decided to close early, a sports bar, right after the game ended.
