I was so excited to go for a birthday celebration for my friend. We made reservations ahead of time, so they knew our party of 12 was coming. Our server was extremely rude, didn't check on us for 30 minutes at a time, rolled her eyes, and was very unpleasant. Our food came out over an hour after we ordered. Came in before a Stars game and it was very busy. That being said you guys have some of the best bartenders..Eric and I think her name was Kay! Very knowledgeable and our margarita's were hands down the best..we came back after the game again lol! Thanks

Great spot to catch any game or hang out before catching an event at the American Airlines center. The lights, music, and chaotic atmosphere is one of kind. Waiters and waitresses are all on a mission to get your items you ordered to you!

Dropped in for lunch & I have to say it was OK. The staff was Very friendly & on top of things. Nice Sports Bar theme next to American Airlines Center. The Dirty South Chicken Sandwich was OK, fries were good. All in all, middle of the road restaurant, in a good location before or after a Mavs or Stars game.

I've visited Hero several times. They have always been good to me BUT today when I went there I was shocked to see that they allowed horses in the restaurant. I totally understand service animals or emotional support animals being allowed.... but a horse? This wasn't on the patio outside. There were literally 2 horses standing at the bar like we were in the old west or something. Then to make things worse, one of the horses started peeing. Finally, a place with lots of options including a impossible burger! Love this place. Would recommend the cheese fries, impossible burger and strawberry lemon drop! It is a sports bar vibe, but a great place for a quick eat.

Service was piss poor, it took 18 minutes for the server to show and when he did he acted like we were bothering him. It took 25 minutes for us to get a chopped chicken breast to add to our queso dip. The place was virtually empty, thus unable to understand why service was this bad. Went to the bar to get some change, took bartender 12 minutes to acknowledge I was there; there were only 8 people at the bar. All I wanted yo make some change. It was our first time at this spot and we were very disappointed.

we had a last minute reservation for brunch for one of my best friends birthday! this place was amicable, the food was delicious and we had such a great time! I would definitely come here again. I ate from the brunch menu and really enjoyed the Huevos Rancheros and I had a mimosa! everyone was also ordering the burgers! parking is hard there's a garage across from the w but it's $15-20
