We were very pleased with the service from Hessler. Albin did a beautiful job installing our laminate flooring, including laying the quarter round. Everyone was very professional and Pete was a pleasure to work with. I wish all home improvement services were as attentive as the Hessler people!
We were happy with our Hessler experience from the beginning. We worked with Chris and he listened to our questions, concerns and comments and answered everything completely. We were very happy with the installers - Juan, Nancy and Jesus. They arrived exactly on time and worked hard until the job was finished. We had several questions for them too and they were very professional and did an excellent job.
We had vinyl tile installed. Guys did a great job. Also had Carpeting installed in office and living and bedroom areas. Some large pieces of furniture had to be moved and Conrad and Adam were the best. They are so professional in everything they did for us. They went the extra mile for sure. Taylor also did a really good job on selection of carpeting and she spent a lot of time with us. All in all, we would go back there again.
The tile installers were great. They were friendly and explained every step of the installation. They cleaned up and put everything back in place. Very happy with the job they did.
Taylor was wonderful to deal with, your company came out did a measurement for the carpet and had a price that day . Also you matched another companies price . The carpet layers did there jobs very nice . If I ever need any flooring in Florida again I will go back to your company . I wish we had your company in Ohio ware we live . So thank you so much ! We needed to have our boat carpeted by a deadline. Pete helped with our selection and Ken and John did the install. It was not an easy job, plenty of odd angles and a few hatches in the middle of everything. The job was beautifully done, on time and at a fair price. We highly recommend Hessler.
Pete was my salesperson and was great. Helped me make all the right decision on picking a vinyl floor for my bedroom and it is awesome. Hessler floor co has the best choices for flooring. Ask for Juan Castaneda for installation. He and his partner did an outstanding job, I couldn’t be happier

From start to finish a great experience. Tobin Brown was our excellent salesman who worked with us to make our flooring selection. Then Tobin had Ernesto and his team install the 1200 sq ft. Product in one day. Perfect install and clean up We did get a quote from Hadinjers who we had dealt with in the past for hardwood install in another condo. We’re very glad we went with Tobin & Ernesto at Hesslers! We highly recommend them All the best! Bob & Sandy Naples
