"Worst experience ever! " We have been shopping for a car for weeks now. We saw something online at the HGreg location in Orlando, so we called to set up an appointment. The appointment was set up for 5 pm. "Lack of follow up to sum it up" I inquired about a 2017 Lexus RX350, got a call back an was going to look at vehicle but requested salesperson call me back just to make sure vehicle had not been sold, never got a phone call. Sent text and all I got was he was too busy, when can he call me? I replied you can call me now. Never heard back. If I’m spending 30k on a vehicle I should not be chasing you around! I spend my money elsewhere! Would never recommend HGreg at all!
