Awful experience
Firstly, it’s a very clean establishment, and the staff are friendly nice people. This review is to allow other people to know that if you’re offered a room on the end near an exit on the first floor, do not expect hot water at all. No showers, unless you like cold showers in winter. We stayed two nights, and on the morning of our departure my husband and I wanted to have a nice hot shower before heading out. Nice hotel, close to everything. However, we booked our stay & paid for breakfast to our booking reservations already, but the hotel charged us again for breakfast and won't refund us. So, check your receipt before you check out! Poor customer service

Highly over priced, I had the presidential suite and it was like any other room but twice as high. I will never stay again unless they make it right with me
