It was okay but part of it was under construction, I could not use the pool or the gym. It did not mention this on the website.

Avoid at all costs The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We show up at 1:30 a.m. with two kids under three, and the front desk isn't able to access the reservation. We're left to scramble and find a different stay in the middle of the night. The management on site was couldn't care less about our situation. I usually stay marriott, and this was an exception. I won't stay another Hilton property again
The lobby is being redone and looks ok. The rooms are so outdated. The furniture and carpet had horrible dirt stains. Lighting was dark and dingy. Very disappointed!

What did I like? Close to shopping and dining, not so close to KSU - but then again nothing is too far away in Manhattan! The good/bad? Unlocking the door with my phone worked very well, but the key card they also gave me did not work at all and left my wife stranded outside the room for a while. What did I not like? No more free breakfast for Honors members unless you are super elite. I guess the free breakfast went away after covid, which stinks. I prepaid for a double Queen room. Front desk says they overbooked these rooms gave me a handicap accessible king. I don’t understand how i prepaid for an overbooked room?? Not happy at all.

Will stay somewhere else next time. The beds were not comfortable. The service at the front desk was slow. Each time we went there we had to wait 10 minutes or more for a clerk. The hot tub would not work properly. Over all disappointed in the stay at Hilton Garden inn Manhattan.
