I liked everything about the hotel except the under window air conditioning units. I don't like these anywhere.

Nice place to stay - for the money it would be nice to have a free breakfast. Internet was free and good.

This new hotel/conference centre has opened up a top-quality, reasonably-priced accommodation option in Manhattan. The staff are truly excellent, and go out of their way to help you with requests. My room was a very generous size, extremely clean, and features such as free wifi are wonderful.

Pretty much everything was great. The first employees we encountered were really personable. The hotel was spotless. The room was very nice. The only two things that I didn't like was that the room was warm and muggy when we got in, it did cool down quickly though. The second thing was that the refrigerator was warm when we got there and it never cooled down. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful also. So the question would be, would I stay there again? Yes I would.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Employees were helpful without being intrusive. I would stay here again.

POSITIVES - new, clean, reasonable breakfast costs, relatively close to Poyntz - could walk NEGATIVES - Airconditioning during the day was not very effective - wall unit right underneath the window struggled to keep up with the 110F heat - it was cool at night though; observed some questionable behaviour in the alley behind Houston Street Ballroom making it not safe to walk back following a wedding dance late at night (~11 pm)

The air-conditioner unit was a little noisy and a makeup item went missing on the second day :((
