Nice hotel, close to everything. However, we booked our stay & paid for breakfast to our booking reservations already, but the hotel charged us again for breakfast and won't refund us. So, check your receipt before you check out! Poor customer service

Highly over priced, I had the presidential suite and it was like any other room but twice as high. I will never stay again unless they make it right with me

Not worth it! Beds are hard as a rock, the shower didn't work, they nickle & dime you for everything. $10 for parking, $10 per person for the continental breakfast, they didn't have an extra blanket. I wish that we stayed at the hotel across the street.
Hope you don’t plan to shower There was no water last night when we got back to our room. This morning we got water back but no hot water. Because I book through this sight they could comp my room.
Room was not very clean. There was hair in the sink and tub. We happened to lift the cushions on the sofa and it was very dirty. The toilet seat was broken. It took 2-3 minutes to get hot water in the sink, the sink was very slow draining. For the price if the room we would not stay there again We should have complained while there, but did not.
Plenty of other options: don't stay here No hot water and the hotel s5aff did nothing about it. No shower for 3 days. Unacceptable
Front desk staff incredibly rude. Dog poop all over the grounds. Shower didn’t work. No shades for window so like sleeping in daylight.
Terrible Experience at Hilton Garden Manhattan KS I paid for the room with the app, then we arrived and they had no rooms clean! They ended up having someone clean a room for us to stay in, but the accommodations were not what I paid for. Pre-paid for breakfast, and the attendant didnt have our name on the list and was real rude about it. Overall, I expect better from a Hilton.
