Location is Key you have to wait for the elevators. everytime time. The location was the best!! Within 10 minutes of central park and most of the Broadway theaters and Moma. 15 to Rockafellra and a little further to Empire state building. The bed were just right and very comfortable. Rooms were clean and had fridge and microwave.

Great location for theatre life I ignored the reviews and risked still booking, but reviews about lifts were so true. My roon waa situated between two lifts, but one never worked. Made it noisy as it dinged everytime It got to my floor. You couldn't turn off the air/ heat unit. It would always go back on a minute later so also noisy esp. at night. The wait for the lifts was tooth pulling painful. I had waits of 20+ mins sometimes even to leave my floor Some people opted to use stairs, but going up to 20th floor not an option... read more
Great location, but overpriced - not good breakfast There are just two elevators for many floors, you could easily wait for over 10 min to get in/out the elevator. No hairdryer which is a shame for a Hilton Hotel. Breakfast is a scam they offer it for $25 (before taxes) but charge you over $64 when the bill arrives - breakfast is not worth the money, you can easily find better spots in the city, also the waitresses kept coming to our table asking about the food, all 6 waitresses asked us about the food in the 15 min we were ... read more
Very Good
Good rooms in an excellent location. The room didn't match the photo and was smaller than expected. But the bed was a generous size and the microwave and fridge in the room were excellent additions. Breakfast was limited in terms of options. Location was superb and ths lifts were pretty speedy for a large hotel In a central location. It is a slightly smaller hotel than most in the area which made the experience a little more personal.
