Super Proche de tout. Facile d’accès . Petite chambre familiale mais propre . Deux ascenseurs trop peu…. On devait attendre lgtps… trop lgtps! Du coup, on prenait les escaliers.
An enjoyable two night stay, but the lack of immediate hot water in the shower was a problem. There was always a line for the elevator and we were on 25th floor. Also being on the 25th floor we had to run our water in the shower for 10 minutes before it got hot. The reception staff said this was because of the age of the building and the height. I understood. Lovely stay very central to all what we wanted to see. The lifts to the rooms took forever if at all, stairs not option as we were on the 25 floor. We were also a family of 6 and booked a year in advance, requesting rooms next to each other, we ended up on completely different floors which was a real shame. The staff very friendly, the rooms were just what we needed. Nothing was to much trouble and knowledge of New York was good. Clean rooms, plenty of towels and room service every other day was great. Good facilities too.

Very Good THE ELEVATOR SITUATION! There only two operating elevators causing long waits of 15 - 20 minutes at times. For this reason we would seriously consider not staying here in the future! Something needy to be done. The hotel was neat and clean with a friendly staff. The location county not have been better

Excelente ubicación El personal no estaba atento para reponer amenities en cada limpieza. Se acabó el papel higiénico y el jabón. La ubicación y el comfort de la habitacion. La cafetera y microondas permiten desayunar rápidamente en la habitación y ahorrar tiempo. La ubicación es excelente y el silencio permite buen descanso.
