Mejorar el front desk Que el front desk te diga que tomó nota del pedido y después no hagan nada Me encantó la propiedad . Pero coordinamos limpieza todos los días y front desk no paso el pedido , entonces tuve que reclamar todos los días y me confirmaban que irían a limpiar hasta que hice un reclamo a voz alta y recién ahí tomaron cartas en el asunto

Great location, average experience The hotel partners with a garage for parking. That service was lacking in responsiveness. Our car sat in the street for 12 hours and when we went to retrieve it, it wouldn't start. The batter was dead. The hotel, thankfully, removed the vallet charge from our room. Correcta, pero hay varios aspectos a mejorar. Los elevadores tienen una demora de por lo menos 5 minutos desde que los llamas y llegan hasta tu piso. No nos limpiaron la habitación ninguno de los días que estuvimos allí. Cobran 100 dólares por noche de una tarjeta de crédito, los cuales ya de antemano te avisan que van a demorar en devolvértelos. Creo que hay soluciones mas eficientes. Buena ubicación.
Perfect hotel for our weeks stay. Highlight for me was proximity to Central Park had many walks ther The lifts. Always had to wait a long time and always busy. The Location was perfect. Close to Central Park and Broadway.
Great location, rooms have all that you need for a busy break in NYC. The daily wait for the lifts. Only 2 working and it was always a scramble. Good location with easy walking access to main attractions. Super friendly staff. Great to see they have taken feedback from previous reviews sans added USB and a wireless charging point.
Affordable stay in NYC The lobby is always crowded and the elevators are always busy. You have to wait for 5 minutes each time I like the property location
