Too noisy to sleep
Waited so long due to limited check-in staff who’s also slow in check-in service. Don’t think will stay in this one anymore. Please raise your standard as one of those Hampton Inn at least to match the price we pay!
I didn’t like my stay and options of the breakfast
Poor quality for a Hilton , carpets were well past their sell by date and you could smell that they were off . Rooms badly require renovation.
The parking lot was very small and the AC had a very nasty mildew smell. The staff member claimed it was because of the rain storm that had just ended. Also the parking lot isn’t worth $30 per night.
Promised a military discount at the desk but when I go they said they couldn’t
after being stuck in NY overnight, i had no choice but to find a hotel for my ptsd would not allow me to stay in the airport overnight. I tried to book on expedia, but because I used to work for Hilton in Las Vegas, and Pittsfield, Ma I thought I would give you my money instead of expedia. 2 hours and endless wasted time on the phone and finally at the check in desk, no one would match the offer shown on my phone.
