    printer stopped working after a year I didn't even use it frequently maybe 3-4 times a month with 4-5 pages an order. It pooped out after a year.

    Awful I have to unplug and plug it back in and reset the wifi every time I use it. I want to throw it out the window. First month it was great but not anymore.

    Don’t Buy This Printer! We bought this printer in January of 2020 and it doesn’t come out of deep sleep. The online help is useless, save your $$$ and buy an HP.

    Bought 2, once in sleep mode it's all over The first one I bought I continually had to troubleshoot wifi problems even though I had a strong signal. Once it went into sleep mode I couldn't get it back. The second I purchased thinking by then they fixed the sleep mode problem had a firmware update, after implementing I still couldn't get it out of sleep mode except for a few seconds at a time.     Wow - in a bad way This printer is absolutely terrible and good luck getting a full refund or any help from the seller. Not only are they not paying for return shipping but they are then threatening to only refund 50% of the cost. Not even remotely worth the hassle it would take for me to box this back up, PAY FOR MY OWN SHIPPING BACK, and then not even get a full refund.     It doesn’t copy and now it doesn’t even print. I’m going to have to replace it. I didn’t use it for anything since I couldn’t get it to work. I’m thinking of going to Office Depot and buying a better quality printer.

    Best printer I've ever owned - until it became a paperweight I loved this printer. Worked flawlessly with no fuss, perfect quality every time. Envelope printing was a bit of a nightmare, but it's not a priority for me. A week after the warranty expired, so did the printer. Won't turn on, won't give an error code, nothing.

    After exact 2 years, my Drum needed to be replaced whiteout warranty I purchased my printer exactly 2 years ago, printed pages started having black dots on the pages. Brother customer service suggested getting a new one, but it was not covered under warranty. The Drum cost more than the printer. I would not recommend this printer to anyone.

    Doesn’t have scan as stated, please replace! Doesn’t have scan as stated , hasn’t been used, scan was the reason for purchase. Please replace with another printer,I’m happy to pay the extra for another Brother model
