Completely dead at 16 months, customer service worthless. This printer worked fine for 16 months, and then completely died. It refuses to turn on, or show any flicker of life. Apparently this is a well-known issue. I have printed maybe 80-100 pages since I purchased this. I haven't even used it enough to need a toner replacement. Customer service kindly directed me to a local electronics shop where I could pay to have the printer fixed...for the cost of a new printer. Poor quality control and poor customer service. Software and instructions really bad! I spent 2 days trying to connect. although i was able to connect to wi-fi, it would not print and showed the printer offline. when i fixed it, always gave an error for printing. The only way it would print was thru USB cable which is not what i bought it for. keeps asking for WPS pin which was no where to be found. all in all bad manual, bad software, and the printer even after getting connected, kept asking for network setup
paper jam while printing labels This jammed when printing shipping labels, especially when printing the second label on the page. The energy draw was so high when it was printing that the lights would flicker and I had to plug it directly into the wall as it would short out everything on the same power strip. NOT good for a business printer
Impossible to setup on macbook nightmare
Piece of Trash This piece of trash NEVER worked for me. I finally tossed it out of a window (seriously). It definitely made me feel better after all the hours I spent on troubleshooting the piece of garbage.
Terrible printer Constant beeping noise when turning on and printing; unable to resolve even with tech support. Being replaced by a refurbished printer. Thanks for nothing. Not happy about this. Tech support could not resolve the problem. Was there any quality control when this printer was manufactured??????
Wireless printing is a big disappointment With WiFi printing, this printer often gets stuck on "Receiving Data" and when it does it prints one page every 1 or 2 minutes. It will print at the usual speed if you restart the printer, but who wants to keep doing that? I have an Eero Pro mesh WiFi system and get around 400Mbps download speeds. Why is WiFi printing such a disappointment?
Engineered obsolescence Printer simply stopped working after less than 3 years. Was plugged in and then one day it no longer turned on.
lasted a month. Stopped working the day my return deadline expired. Worked great for a month. I think it shipped with a half empty toner cartridge.
